We’ll develop community-building programs, events, training sessions, team activities, and meetups to help you connect with local nonprofits, organizations, and individuals committed to making HubVila the best it can be.
Our community events will prioritize transparency and information sharing, fostering trust through inclusive meetings. By keeping everyone well-informed, we build strong support from the very beginning.
Among the various events that will take place, we anticipate hosting an event every two months with the following objectives:
Energize and unify the community.
Show and Tell: Presenting coworkers' projects.
Members' Contest: Award for the best project of the year.
In these types of events, we invite the community to contribute to the enhancement of VNP's talented and successful workforce community by welcoming diverse, bright, and driven individuals with ideas that foster community building, collaboration, and networking within Vila.
In this manner, we extend an invitation to all members of the community to join our monthly meetings, where they can share inspiring ideas that will be the driving force behind the development of creative and unique projects and entrepreneurial practices.
In the future, we plan to establish thematic working groups focused on areas such as innovation, creativity, and sustainability in regional projects.
